To protect philanthropic resources from misuse and ensure study supplies reach genuinely needy children, the Foundation enforces a strict protocol:
π Mandatory Requisition Document:
An official letter on school letterhead (or clean white paper) bearing the Official School Rubber Stamp and the signature of the Headmaster or Subject Teacher In-Charge, certifying the studentβs enrollment and genuine need.
π 1 Application Per Campaign Drive:
Once registered, each student is eligible to apply only ONCE per campaign drive. Duplicate submissions under the same student identity are automatically blocked.
π Teacher & Headmaster Intimation:
Upon approval, our desk posts an official intimation letter to the Headmaster and delivers the study package directly to the school for in-person student handover.
